Services Project Manager II - North America (French & English, 15:00–23:00) (HRMS)

Location: Bulgaria; working hours are 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time to support North American Eastern Standard Time business hours

Salary: €22,200–€29,950 per year, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing software implementation projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, milestones, issues lists, schedules, and documentation.
• Lead internal and customer-facing calls, define project cadence, and prepare project resources for delivery.
• Develop customer communication plans and publish project status updates to project teams, customers, and executives.
• Define and evaluate customer success criteria while maximizing customer value and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve delivery and process issues and improve project management tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS, HRMS, payroll, or time and labor management environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, customer service, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to evolving requirements, and work independently and collaboratively within a distributed international team.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Ability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 Bulgaria time is required.
