HRIS Specialist – Advanced Compensation (Workday)

What you will do

• Serve as the product specialist for Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Configure, maintain, test, and optimize global compensation functionality in Workday.
• Support merit, bonus, equity, salary review, and off-cycle compensation processes with Total Rewards teams.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Digital Technology teams on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide Tier 2 support through ServiceNow and resolve Workday-related issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, validations, documentation, training materials, and system specifications while supporting releases, audits, and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of hands-on Workday experience, including Advanced Compensation configuration and support.
• Experience with global compensation reviews, merit and bonus planning, equity administration, salary structures, job architecture, and country-specific compensation requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with complex datasets, audits, reporting, compensation analytics, and ServiceNow or a similar case management platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Reporting, or Recruiting modules.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Exposure to Workday AI capabilities.
