Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance activities in an automated production environment and oversee industrial mechanics and welders.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective shutdowns with the planning department.
• Manage equipment and parts supply needs with management and procurement.
• Coordinate external contractors and allocate human and material resources to minimize downtime.
• Monitor maintenance costs and KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• DEP in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Excellent welding knowledge and skills.
• Experience with hydraulic systems is an asset.
