Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist

Location: Duluth, Georgia; full-time onsite. The position requires authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.

What you will do

• Own plant-level material readiness, ensuring materials are available for scheduled production.
• Identify and resolve material shortages and supply risks while reducing downtime, expedites, and premium freight.
• Manage inventory accuracy, inventory turns, cycle counts, replenishment discipline, and excess or obsolete inventory reduction.
• Maintain ERP master data, planning parameters, replenishment settings, standard work, and process controls.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material and inventory issues.
• Own FEM supply chain and Kanban compliance, including calculations, pull systems, audit preparation, and KPI follow-up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, replenishment processes, and planning parameters.
• Proven experience improving material availability, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.
• Experience leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, with strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, or FEM certification experience.
