Product Associate Co-Op (Manufacturing)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on overall skills.

What you will do

• Support product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Partner with engineering and commercial teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and product performance analyses.
• Create stakeholder presentations and support cross-functional project execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, manufacturing, or business strategy through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Must be currently enrolled in a university and available to work 40 hours per week from January through June.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.
