Solutions Engineer (Apple Device Management)

Location: Hybrid in the London office 3 days per week, Tuesday–Thursday

What you will do

• Advise prospects, customers, and partners on device management through product demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
• Partner with Sales and Success during sales cycles and customer onboarding.
• Create scripts, API examples, documentation, and training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical cases as a second- and third-level escalation point.
• Share customer feedback and product improvement ideas with Product and Engineering.
• Maintain expertise in MDM standards, platform developments, networking, directory services, security, and SSO integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience managing Apple devices.
• Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager or School Manager, MDM protocols, Automated Device Enrollment, APNS, and Apps & Books.
• Comfort with macOS Terminal, shell scripting, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Customer empathy, strong problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
