What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, vision, objectives, and roadmap for a Tier 1 investment operations product portfolio.
• Establish product OKRs, KPIs, governance, prioritization, and readiness frameworks.
• Own product performance, profitability, business growth, client satisfaction, and P&L objectives.
• Partner with architecture, technology, operations, risk, and client-facing stakeholders to simplify workflows and improve platform resiliency.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews using data-driven insights to guide investment decisions and portfolio optimization.
• Drive enterprise standards, resolve operational bottlenecks, and accelerate strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in investment operations, asset management, wealth management, capital markets, or financial services.
• Experience leading large-scale product strategies and complex operational transformations.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations workflows, operational controls, governance practices, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships, product roadmaps, success metrics, operating models, and P&L objectives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational change management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide product organizations or large strategic investment operations platforms.
• Experience delivering platform modernization, process simplification, and operational efficiency programs.
• Familiarity with agile product management methodologies and technology-enabled operating models.
