Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary.

Company

hirify.global builds modern software and AI-native modules for federal agencies, replacing legacy government systems used by citizens, public servants, and service members.

What you will do

  • Own the events strategy, annual calendar, budget, vendor bench, and measurement framework.
  • Evaluate federal conferences and sponsorships, negotiate placements, and manage booth design, demonstrations, collateral, and production partners.
  • Run field marketing alongside sales, including account targeting, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, staffing, travel, and follow-up.
  • Plan executive dinners, agency roundtables, closed-door briefings, and other satellite events around major conferences.
  • Secure speaking opportunities, panels, awards, and event content in partnership with Brand & Storytelling and Government Affairs.
  • Report on pipeline, qualified meetings, cost per meeting, budget tradeoffs, and compliance with federal ethics rules.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or field marketing.
  • Direct ownership of event strategy and budgets, including conference selection, sponsorship valuation, booth production, and execution.
  • Experience partnering with sales on targeting and follow-up, with measurement against pipeline and qualified meetings.
  • Experience producing owned events such as dinners, roundtables, and summits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including invitations, event briefs, run-of-show documents, and executive preparation.
  • Sound judgment under time pressure and public visibility; credibility with senior government audiences is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with federal or public-sector buyers.
  • Relationships with Washington venues, producers, and association organizers.
  • Familiarity with agency conferences, federal buying cycles, and government ethics requirements.

Culture & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, dependent coverage, life insurance, FSA, and dependent-care FSA are fully covered.
  • 401(k) with a 2% company match, One Medical membership, fertility and family-building support, and covered gym membership or fitness reimbursement.
  • Paid parental leave, unlimited PTO with a two-week minimum, federal holidays, and a company-wide winter break.
  • Home-office or desk setup stipend, commuter benefit, expensed office lunch, and a company-provided laptop.
  • Professional development, recreation, utility, and pet-care stipends, plus company offsites throughout the year.
