TL;DR
Resident - Data Analytics (Social Media Analytics): Delivering social brand performance reporting and campaign analysis across major platforms with an accent on statistical measurement, attribution, and audience insights. Focus on analyzing sales lift, content performance, platform strategy, and high-touch campaign optimizations in a hybrid agency environment.
Location: Los Angeles, United States; hybrid with 3–4 days on-site. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during 9am–6pm ET business hours.
Salary: USD $20 per hour; overtime rate: USD $30 per hour.

What you will do
- Deliver regular social brand performance reporting for clients across Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, the open web, and other platforms.
- Analyze native and third-party social platform data to identify performance improvements.
- Apply statistical methods to measure sales lift, audience resonance, and content performance.
- Identify trends and patterns across the brand portfolio to inform social brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Media Planners on platform selection, target audiences, and creative strategies for campaigns.
- Support client-facing campaign reporting, pacing reports, campaign builds, ad-hoc analysis, and campaign optimizations.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during 9am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3–4 days on-site in Los Angeles.
- Strong organization and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Collaborative working style and willingness to continue learning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics, MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, Nielsen, Millward Brown, or Oracle Measurement.
- Experience in an agency, startup, or social media environment.
- Experience with statistical and data analysis.
