Director, Data Strategy & Measurement (AI)

Location: Remote, with locations listed in London, Manchester, and Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Target base salary: £65,000–£85,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Act as the senior advisor on measurement, analytics, reporting, and data strategy for enterprise clients.
• Design measurement frameworks connecting affiliate and influencer marketing with attribution, incrementality, customer acquisition, lifetime value, and broader business outcomes.
• Lead analytical workstreams, programme audits, strategic reviews, forecasting, partner valuation models, and opportunity assessments.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations for senior Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Data Science stakeholders.
• Own the data and analytics roadmap and lead scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, benchmarking products, and measurement tools.
• Develop internal data literacy through training and represent the organization externally through thought leadership, conferences, webinars, and client forums.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting, or data strategy.
• Experience advising enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, and executive teams.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital, or performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution methodologies, and incrementality testing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and business intelligence or dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; familiarity with data warehousing, AI-enabled analytics, and SQL is preferred.

Nice to have

• SQL and data querying experience.
• Experience developing analytical products, measurement frameworks, or automation and AI-enabled insights.
