Senior Commercial Loan Workout Representative I

Location: Hybrid, requiring four days per week in-office and one remote day. Potential locations include Buffalo, NY; Norwalk, CT; Baltimore, MD; Paramus, NJ; Cherry Hill, NJ; Radnor, PA; and Harrisburg, PA.

Salary: $123,600–$206,000 annual USD

What you will do

• Manage assigned problem commercial C&I and CRE loan portfolios, protecting the bank against losses and supporting effective resolutions.
• Administer complex credit relationship turnarounds and exits through restructurings, forbearance agreements, continued financing, or borrower liquidation.
• Analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, 13-week cash flows, covenant compliance, and restructuring proposals.
• Coordinate with Credit Quality Assurance, legal counsel, financial institutions, turnaround consultants, insurers, vendors, and internal bank departments.
• Participate in Bankruptcy Court and state and federal court proceedings as appropriate.
• Mentor junior staff and provide recommendations on portfolio strategy, credit quality, charge-offs, and orderly exits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of workout experience on complex commercial credits, or 2 years with a turnaround consulting firm; equivalent education and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of commercial insolvency and Bankruptcy Court proceedings.
• Strong credit, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in the office four days per week at one of the listed U.S. locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• MBA degree.
• Experience using nCino.
