Senior Relationship Manager - Insurance Banking

Location: Work from home in the United States

Salary: $140,781.75–$239,461.00 annually, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Originate new business and generate direct deal flow from companies, sponsors, developers, and other business clients.
• Build and manage relationships with sponsors and borrowers while coordinating product specialists, portfolio managers, and operational support.
• Originate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and close commercial loans.
• Manage a complex commercial loan portfolio, monitor credit quality, and control the bank’s risk exposure.
• Develop strategic action plans, track production and revenue, and forecast pipeline results for management.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in insurance banking.
• At least 5 years of experience with commercial lending credit.
• Advanced commercial lending credit, underwriting, and loan structuring skills.
• Advanced financial and cash-flow analysis skills.
• Advanced negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
