Senior Coordinator, Patient Services (Medtech)

Location: Stockport, Cheshire, United Kingdom. Full-time onsite role with rotating hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00.

What you will do

• Coordinate prescription management, patient stock levels, home-delivery orders, and patient account administration.
• Respond to inbound calls and manage outbound calls, emails, and shared inbox correspondence with patients and customers.
• Activate new patients and coordinate installation deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Enter prescriptions and directions, process patient and charge orders, and maintain accurate records in the Patient Management System.
• Organise collections, process sales returns, and complete tracking, filing, requesting, and archiving activities within required timeframes.

Requirements

• Successful experience in customer service or patient-centric roles.
• Proven experience using customer relationship management systems.
• IT proficiency and demonstrated customer service ability.
• Flexibility, kindness, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is helpful.
