Avionics Test Engineering Internship (Spring 2027) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Assist with the development of new ATE rack systems.
• Improve hardware test stands for spacecraft avionics.
• Develop processes and tooling that support spacecraft manufacturing at scale.
• Work closely with the broader engineering team on a project with real impact.
• Participate in aerospace learning sessions with guidance from a dedicated mentor.

Requirements

• Graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Altium and programming languages such as Python for scripting.
• Proficiency in PCB development, buildup, and testing.
• Familiarity with avionics hardware and embedded communication protocols, including UART, SPI, CAN, and I2C.
• Available to pause or adjust academic commitments for the 12-week internship, such as taking a semester off or enrolling part-time.
