Location: Columbia, MO, United States; Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM shift

What you will do

• Review data extracted from documents by AI tools for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct errors, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
• Use guidelines and data checks to identify incomplete document information.
• Log findings and provide feedback to improve AI-generated data and overall data quality.
• Investigate unusual results and collaborate on data-quality projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Clear communication of findings and suggestions.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort with basic computer systems, numbers, and large volumes of data.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable availability for the Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM schedule in Columbia, MO.
