What you will do
- Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
- Evaluate reports for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and formatting.
- Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, reference responses, and reporting examples for AI training.
- Provide structured feedback on report quality and adherence to federal standards.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams to refine reporting guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of federal reporting or military staff writing experience.
- Experience with military or federal reporting formats and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of federal compliance and documentation standards.
- US-based and experienced in handling confidential federal or military documentation.
