Data Labeling Associate (Marathi, Human-in-the-Loop AI)

Location: On-site in the United States at locations including Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Seattle, Redmond, Burlingame, New York City, Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Boston.

What you will do

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply evaluation guidelines and flag cases that do not reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks and quality standards.
• Identify model performance trends and communicate clear, actionable insights.
• Document findings and participate in calibrations, team discussions, and stakeholder syncs.

Requirements

• Native-level Marathi proficiency required.
• B2 or higher English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong structured writing skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with safety considerations in GenAI data delivery.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, judgment in ambiguous situations, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in data quality, QA, data annotation, or analysis.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and how systems behave.
