What you will do
- Architect and improve the internal agentic harness using current state-of-the-art approaches, advanced memory handling, subagent distribution, and support for the latest LLMs.
- Implement long-horizon capabilities for autonomous coding tasks, performance improvements, and model building.
- Integrate and develop tools and MCP integrations for internal systems.
- Partner with quantitative developers and researchers to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with the changing regulatory landscape and isolate the system from production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or ML engineering.
- Experience with open-source agentic frameworks such as OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain/LangGraph, or OpenCode, and with building custom agentic systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, LLM memory maintenance, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with quantitative developers and researchers.
