TL;DR
Staff Agentic AI Engineer (Marketing) (Agentic AI/LLM): Building reliable, scalable agentic systems and platform components for enterprise marketing automation with an accent on agent orchestration, tool use, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation. Focus on designing production workflows, diagnosing latency, cost, retrieval, and failure-mode issues, and optimizing Python services deployed in AWS.

What you will do
- Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agents for web- and chat-based marketing experiences.
- Architect agent workflows covering reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails, escalation, and monitoring.
- Build LLM evaluation systems with LLM-as-judge workflows, regression evaluations, guardrail testing, quality metrics, and production behavior analysis.
- Diagnose and optimize prompts, tool selection, retrieval quality, latency, cost, task completion, and failure modes.
- Develop RAG and embedding-based enterprise knowledge capabilities and scalable Python services in AWS.
- Partner with product, platform, and engineering teams to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into reliable platform features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, NLP, or AI systems development.
- 3–5 years of experience applying AI, data science, and machine learning in marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics.
- Strong Python engineering skills, production software experience, and experience with AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or related agent orchestration frameworks, plus strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, retrieval quality, and knowledge-grounded generation.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- Experience with knowledge graphs, enterprise automation, customer experience systems, or workflow automation.
- Experience building production LLM or AI agent systems and architectures involving memory, tool use, reasoning flows, retrieval, and guardrails.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability and tracing, vector databases, search infrastructure, model routing, caching, or multi-model architectures.
