Principal GTM Systems Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $200,000–$220,00 estimated total compensation, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems and lead AI-powered workflows and agents with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Architect and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Own integration strategy and technical delivery across the GTM stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Design enterprise data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead and account scoring.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership to translate business goals into technical designs.
• Mentor GTM engineers and administrators while establishing standards for reviews, testing, documentation, deployment, and sprint planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role.
• Expert hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including data modeling, API integrations, automation, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading technical projects across a multi-platform GTM technology stack.
• Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with Apex, Python, and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware-based enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce, plus strong technical communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications and expertise in Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
• Experience with signal-based selling strategies and enterprise-scale propensity modeling.
