What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices across multiple lines of business.
• Work within an Agile software development lifecycle to deliver technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, business analysts, and service managers.
• Promote API Management adoption and reusable Service-Oriented Architecture practices.
• Manage competing priorities and learn complex business domains to deliver quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience across programming, analysis, design, development implementation, QA, and application support.
• Practical experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, and API gateways.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise API gateway such as 3Scale, MuleSoft, Apigee Edge, CA Technologies, TIBCO Mashery, Axway, or IBM API Gateway.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status is required to pass a Peraton Moderate background check.
