Head of Business Systems & Security

What you will do

• Own the business systems estate, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato, DealHub, integrations, and underlying data governance.
• Set the systems architecture, operating model, governance, and roadmap.
• Own the SOC 2 Type II programme, security policies, risk register, identity and access management, and device estate.
• Lead customer security assurance, including questionnaires, RFPs, and enterprise due diligence.
• Own the application estate, technology spend, licensing, consolidation, renewals, and buying-versus-building decisions.
• Lead AI adoption and governance, automate manual processes, and manage a small team of systems engineers and specialist partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business systems, IT, or BizTech leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years leading a function or team.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise CRM, ERP, and integration platforms; experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato or equivalent systems.
• Accountable ownership of a SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programme.
• Experience owning identity and access management, SSO, and device estates for 100+ employees across multiple countries.
• Strong practical AI experience, including implementing AI in workflows and establishing acceptable-use, data-handling, and governance controls.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs in terms of commercial impact and remain hands-on with system configuration and design.
