Lead Business Systems Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and build complex Salesforce and connected-platform applications across the lead-to-order stack.
• Develop and maintain integrations and APIs connecting marketing, sales, contracting, finance, ERP, and billing systems.
• Remediate technical debt by simplifying automation, consolidating data structures, and replacing fragile workarounds.
• Lead requirements, testing, cutover, migrations, and new tool rollouts for cross-functional systems projects.
• Implement governance, release management, role-based access, field-level security, and data segmentation for regulated and federal business.
• Build AI capabilities into go-to-market workflows and provide technical guidance through troubleshooting, reviews, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building business systems or go-to-market platforms, including deep lead-to-order or quote-to-cash expertise.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise with Sales Cloud; experience with Apex, Lightning components, CPQ, and platform development is valuable.
• Primary development experience with declarative automation, Apex or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration platforms or middleware.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, sales engagement, CLM/e-signature, and ERP integration patterns.
• Experience shipping complex production solutions, remediating technical debt, and applying role-based access, field-level security, and data segmentation.
• Strong communication, ownership, troubleshooting, design-review, and documentation skills, with genuine curiosity about practical AI use in GTM systems.
