Project Functional Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage functional aspects of SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Coordinate multi-country programmes and align functional workstreams.
• Manage RAID items, governance activities, and Design Authority processes.
• Coordinate system integrators from the customer side.
• Manage stakeholders and escalations across complex client engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Functional knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM, or Supply/MM processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-country programmes.
• Experience with RAID, governance, and Design Authority activities.
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills.
