Project and Systems Coordinator (SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash) (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/LE, WMS): Leading regional SAP delivery for end-to-end Order to Cash, logistics execution, warehouse management, and supply chain processes across eight LATAM countries with an accent on SAP S/4HANA rollouts, Brazilian localization, and process standardization. Focus on designing scalable solutions, managing regional implementations and enhancements, integrating SAP with logistics systems, and debugging custom ABAP developments.
Location: Sorocaba, Brazil; regional responsibility across eight LATAM countries.

What you will do
- Lead regional SAP delivery for Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, logistics, and end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
- Deliver, support, enhance, roll out, and continuously improve SAP SD/LE and SAP S/4HANA capabilities across LATAM.
- Manage processes including outbound delivery, billing, shipping, stock transfers, batch management, transportation, and distribution.
- Analyze business processes, define solution concepts, and translate regional requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Coordinate SAP integration with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems.
- Promote SAP governance, standardization, innovation, and best-practice adoption across regional teams.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience with SAP SD/LE and proven SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience with full-cycle implementations, rollouts, enhancements, application support, and regional or global SAP projects.
- Experience supporting Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, logistics, and manufacturing processes in multicultural, multi-country environments.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian localization, electronic invoicing, taxation, fiscal processes, DRC, and J1BTAX.
- Advanced or fluent English and Spanish; fluent or native Portuguese is mandatory.
- Experience managing external vendors, contracts, solution development activities, and preferably small- to medium-sized projects.
Nice to have
- ABAP knowledge for debugging custom Z developments.
- Experience with change management and adoption of new processes and systems.
