Project Manager (Automation/Digital Transformation) (Agile project management, process automation, and technology-enabled transformation): Leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and closure with an accent on roadmap management, stakeholder alignment, systems thinking, and measurable business value. Focus on facilitating Agile practices, mitigating delivery risks, coordinating dependencies across teams, and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
Location: On-site at the Sumare Offices, at least four days per week. Travel and relocation are not required.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects focused on process automation, digital innovation, and technology-enabled transformation.
- Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery metrics across multiple teams and platforms.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance forums while coaching teams on Agile values, behaviors, and practices.
- Apply systems thinking to assess architecture, integration points, data flows, and downstream business impacts.
- Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Balance scope, timelines, and resources, resolve conflicts, and support predictable delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, automation, digital transformation, or software delivery environments.
- Experience using Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planner, or Project.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Ability to understand system interactions, architecture, integration points, and data flows.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong stakeholder communication, collaborative leadership, organization, prioritization, and conflict-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with software development environments, GitHub, cloud architecture, Power Platform, API integrations, or generative AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of data visualization, SQL Server, web development, or UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
