Location: Bluffton, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $30.50–$43.00 per hour, plus potential performance-based bonuses and regional pay adjustments.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, accurate signage, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead customer service standards, resolve customer concerns, and provide guidance on service approaches and techniques.
• Ensure quality eyewear services, including product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, recognize, and develop Vision Center associates.
• Maintain compliance with company and legal requirements, safety controls, asset protection, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate operational initiatives, community outreach, stakeholder relationships, performance measurement, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year of optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Experience supervising associates is preferred.
