Salary: $109,096.00–$129,594.40 per year

What you will do

• Perform MRI procedures and technical protocols for clinical care and departmental research.
• Screen patients and visitors for MRI safety risks and contraindications before entering the scan room.
• Establish intravenous access and administer contrast agents under radiologist supervision and applicable protocols.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and perform quality control on MRI systems and related equipment.
• Manage imaging datasets, including transfer, archiving, retrieval, computer acquisition, and analysis.
• Support patient flow, education, staff training, collaboration, and QA/QI activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a hospital-based or accredited imaging technology program, such as MRI, radiography, or nuclear medicine.
• Current ARRT (RT-MR) or ARMRIT registration, or the required alternative ARRT, NMTCB, or CNMT registration.
• Current BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage competing priorities.
• No experience is required; one to two years of hospital-based experience is preferred.
