Salary: $91,879.42–$117,150.49 annually, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the Quality Management Plan for the assigned transplant department.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards, including FACT and Joint Commission requirements.
- Manage document control for standard operating policies and procedures.
- Conduct clinical activity audits, report findings, and collaborate with clinical staff on corrective actions.
- Oversee the program database, including data entry, retrieval, analysis, and outcomes reporting.
- Coordinate quality management meetings, inspection readiness, staff competency documentation, and onboarding of new therapies and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
- At least six years of healthcare experience.
- At least four years of extensive experience with healthcare technology and databases.
- Experience with quality or performance improvement and data analysis is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication, analytical, problem-solving, and quality review skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to continue professional development.
Nice to have
- Graduate degree.
- Eight years of healthcare experience.
- Six years of extensive experience with healthcare technology and databases.
- Experience preparing for FACT inspections and maintaining accreditation readiness.
