Operations and Maintenance Technician - Fueling Stations (CNG)

Location: Edgerton, Kansas, United States; domestic travel approximately 25%; 24-hour on-call availability required.

Pay: $32.00–$37.00 per hour, plus bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment and station systems using test equipment and hand tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNG compressors, pumps, valves, meters, rotating equipment, and related systems.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, safety devices, and other station components.
• Conduct daily walk-around inspections, identify hazards and equipment failures, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Respond to emergency and preventive-maintenance calls, support existing customer accounts, and complete routine site visits.
• Document service activities through forms, reports, logs, and records; arrange travel and track expenses.

Requirements

• Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and work at least 40 hours per week.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and Microsoft Office.
• Availability for 24-hour on-call coverage, station work, customer visits, and approximately 25% domestic travel.
