Electrical Integrator II (Defense)

Work on electrical and electronic systems supporting military platforms and ground support systems.

What you will do

• Assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Read and execute complex schematics, engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and modification instructions.
• Support prototype builds and provide technical input to the engineering team.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency generators, RF monitors, and other test equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hardware assemblies.
• Communicate work completion, issues, and technical findings to project managers and leads.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; related college or technical coursework preferred.
• At least five years of experience in aerospace, military, defense, manufacturing, assembly, or a similar field preferred.
• Strong understanding of AC and DC principles, electrical and electronic practices, mechanical assembly, and Mil-SPEC connectors.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools and general fabrication shop equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings and travel when required by the project.

Nice to have

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience entering data into databases.
