Composite Cell Operator (Composites)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.

What you will do

• Prepare materials, operate pre-molding equipment, and perform molding and press operations.
• Troubleshoot press alarms and molding issues, initiate corrective actions, and follow process and assembly procedures.
• Degate, finish, visually inspect, and conduct dimensional inspections using CMM, OGP, and other measuring devices.
• Perform non-destructive testing, post-molding assembly, and component installation.
• Complete finished-part receipts, issues, kitting, and final packing within the department.
• Maintain equipment, housekeeping, quality certifications, production records, and TPM schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings, assembly prints, routings, work instructions, work orders, and company documents.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members, auditors, support functions, and customers.
• Ability to use air and impact tools, lift up to 65 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending and stooping.
• Ability to meet quality and production standards and maintain annual quality certification.
