Focus on maintaining Canvas courses, managing ADA accommodations and make-up exams, improving program workflows, and supporting exam development and proctoring.

Location: Full-time onsite in College Station, Texas

Salary: $5,626.53 per month minimum proposed salary; compensation may be commensurate with qualifications.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and oversee academic program implementation and continuously improve program procedures and workflows.
  • Coordinate course schedules, instructional materials, faculty communications, and course delivery requirements.
  • Develop, prepare, administer, and report on exams, including multiple versions, grading materials, seating charts, item analysis, and accommodated exam uploads.
  • Schedule and proctor make-up exams while managing undergraduate absences and required documentation.
  • Maintain Canvas courses and update VTPP course catalog entries through CourseLeaf.
  • Support ADA accommodations and ensure teaching materials comply with university standards and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years of related experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with faculty, students, and departments.
  • Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and learning management applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift or move medium-weight objects and sit for extended periods during exam proctoring.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intuition, and innovative ideas for improving program efficiency.
