Salary: $37,400–$93,600 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Train to provide day-to-day guidance and support to clients.
• Learn to answer client queries, maintain logs, and ensure follow-through.
• Build effective business relationships with defined clients.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ potential business needs.
• Communicate support issues accurately and promptly to relevant internal departments.
• Provide support to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Some related work experience.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel.
• Effective written and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to perform basic analysis and gather information to resolve routine problems.

• Pharmaceutical experience.
