Site Reliability Engineer – Data & AI

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work with two days per week from home

What you will do

• Build LLM-enabled AI agents that detect, classify, and diagnose data pipeline issues.
• Develop automated reasoning and self-healing workflows to reduce manual investigation.
• Embed observability, reliability, and resilience into systems from design through production.
• Create proactive data quality checks, logging systems, and monitoring tools for enterprise data pipelines.
• Investigate failures, identify root causes, and improve system reliability based on findings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.
• Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong Python development skills and experience writing production-quality code.
• Practical experience building and shipping LLM or generative AI applications and agents.
• Working knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
• Experience building logging systems in production.
