Assistant Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; onsite.

Salary: $30.73–$31.25 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage administrative, operational, and financial activities for a commercial building.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs and support compliance with lease obligations.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other reports for senior management.
• Manage work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
• Manage service contracts, track bid packages, conduct property inspections, and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management experience in commercial real estate.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi and MRI.
• Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
