Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Salary: £40,000 yearly base; £22,000 OTE; car allowance of £5,200 or £6,200 depending on the car

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of mid-spend customers with annualised client spend of £5,000–£12,000 and an overall account value of approximately £1 million annually.
• Retain, nurture, and grow customer product spend through digital marketing solutions.
• Source and acquire high-value new business opportunities in the local market.
• Sell PPC, SEO, social media, websites, video, reputation management, and other hirify.global digital products.
• Develop advertising programmes and commercial models that meet customer needs and agency minimum-spend thresholds.
• Build long-term customer relationships and collaborate with sales, customer service, and agency stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based on the South Wales/Bristol field-sales patch.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points and access to a car required.
• Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions and a strong digital sales track record.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital information clearly.
• Resilience, discipline, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.
