HR Intern (Talent Acquisition/HR): Supporting strategic sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, career framework, and training and development activities in an Austin office internship. Focus on candidate data management, intern and co-op recruiting, and improving the day-to-day employee experience.
Location: Austin, Texas, United States; on-site for the duration of the internship

What you will do
- Support recruiters with strategic sourcing projects across the business using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Enter and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with co-op and intern recruitment.
- Support onboarding, career framework, and training and development projects.
- Help create a welcoming and functional office environment and support employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be available to work from the Austin office for the duration of the internship.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, or recently graduated.
- Preference for students studying Human Resources or Organizational Design.
