What you will do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support job postings, offer roll-outs, employer branding, and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Ability to support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.
- Availability for on-site work in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
