Finance Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead the finance function in Spain and manage a team of four finance professionals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, local and corporate reporting, and financial statement integrity.
• Own the financial control framework, risk management activities, governance requirements, and audit remediation plans.
• Manage tax compliance, statutory obligations, treasury activities, liquidity monitoring, banking administration, and payment governance.
• Partner with business leaders on budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, business cases, and financial performance analysis.
• Lead finance transformation, process optimization, automation, systems, policy, and regulatory implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant finance leadership experience covering accounting, reporting, controls, audits, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience working with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and governance frameworks.
