Marketing Intern (Customer)

Location: Austin, Texas; must work from the Austin office for the duration of the internship

What you will do

• Conduct internal content audits for customer campaigns, including blogs, website copy, case studies, and videos.
• Support customer communications such as newsletters and customer executive emails.
• Build customer webinar programs for product teams.
• Use Marketo, Zoom, and Salesforce to support customer marketing activities.
• Learn to use the internal AI tool to create digestible data analysis for the Customer Marketing team.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, or be a recent graduate.
• Be available to work from the Austin office for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in gaining practical marketing experience and developing skills for a post-graduation career.
