Senior Content Marketing Manager (Aviation)

hirify.global is a Series A company developing autonomous technology for airline and airport ground-handling operations.

What you will do

• Own and publish content for hirify.global’s LinkedIn page, including posts written in the founders’ voices.
• Interview founders, engineers, and operators to create technical explainers, customer stories, and website content.
• Coordinate content, creative assets, timelines, and approvals for funding, product, and customer announcements.
• Manage the editorial calendar, gather internal inputs, organize photos and footage, and brief external creative partners.
• Use audience engagement, website traffic, and feedback from recruiting and commercial teams to improve published content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, or equivalent demonstrated work, in content marketing, editorial, or communications for technical B2B audiences.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of personally written social posts and long-form stories.
• Experience taking stories from initial idea through interviews, reviews, approvals, and publication.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to explain technical subjects accurately while adapting to different voices.
