Senior Content Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: New Delhi, India; hybrid work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible hours.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional content strategies and editorial calendars aligned with marketing objectives across global and APAC teams.
• Create and publish website pages, blogs, case studies, eBooks, podcast scripts, branded videos, email campaigns, and event content.
• Manage regional social media strategy and execution, including copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Track content and social media performance, analyze engagement, reach, lead generation, SEO, and campaign metrics, and recommend optimizations.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, SEO optimization, brand voice, editorial standards, and compliance.
• Develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies with field marketing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing content strategy, leading projects, and handling multiple deadlines.
• Experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, content performance metrics, digital marketing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
