Social Content Creator (Video)

Location: Berlin, Germany; remote workplace

What you will do

• Record short-form video content with colleagues, customers, experts, and partners in remote and in-person settings.
• Edit social videos and create cutdowns of longer content for advertising.
• Write short-form content and create social posts for publication through SproutSocial.
• Attend marketing events and meet-ups to capture video content and soundbites.
• Experiment with content formats and platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Lead social leadership marketing and collaborate on product updates, launches, and campaign moments.

Requirements

• Experience creating social content and growing brand profiles across multiple channels.
• Confident, charismatic, and clear communication skills, with an interest in being the face of social content.
• Strong understanding of how content should differ between platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Copywriting and video editing skills, with familiarity with Riverside, SproutSocial, or similar tools.
• Experience running content marketing or social media and creating video content at a fast-growing company.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
