Support Analyst Murex (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 support for financial services operations.
• Support Foreign Exchange front-to-back products and workflows.
• Use Murex software to analyze and resolve operational issues.
• Investigate data and troubleshoot incidents using SQL queries in Oracle environments.
• Apply ITIL-based support processes and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of professional experience in a similar support analyst position.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange front-to-back products and workflows.
• Solid experience with SQL database queries, specifically in Oracle environments.
• Hands-on experience with Murex software.
• Experience with L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work in a hybrid setup in Porto or Lisbon.
