Senior Product Manager PCS (Power Conversion Systems)

What you will do

• Own the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the Power Conversion Systems portfolio.
• Define priorities from customer requirements, market trends, competitive intelligence, technology developments, and regional needs.
• Translate customer, market, regulatory, and system-level requirements into product requirements and development priorities.
• Partner with Engineering to define product capabilities, performance targets, and roadmap deliverables.
• Lead alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, Service, and regional teams.
• Drive standardization, product simplification, cost reduction, reliability, scalability, and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.
• Significant Product Management experience in power electronics, Power Conversion Systems, inverters, energy storage, or related energy technologies.
• Strong understanding of PCS technologies and the technical and commercial factors affecting product performance and competitiveness.
• Experience converting customer and market requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing partners, or strategic suppliers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the battery energy storage system industry and knowledge of grid-connected energy systems.
• Familiarity with regional grid codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with competitive analysis, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or component technology roadmaps.
• Experience launching or managing complex hardware products through multiple lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge of battery management systems or broader energy storage system architecture.
