What you will do
- Monitor dashboards and alerts for key pages, including the home page, search and product listing pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout.
- Identify performance anomalies and regressions, providing supporting evidence for review.
- Support weekly performance reporting with charts, tables, deltas, and first-level commentary.
- Track Core Web Vitals, including LCP, INP, and CLS, and highlight meaningful trends.
- Support performance checks for CRO A/B tests, release monitoring, and Jira backlog maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to improve website speed and overall performance based on data insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in web performance, technical SEO, web analytics, QA, frontend support, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and common causes of performance issues.
- Familiarity with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools, especially the Network tab and basic waterfall analysis.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including filters, pivot tables, and basic charts.
- Ability to summarize performance data accurately.
