Senior Frontend Developer (Website)

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki, Finland

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Evolve the marketing website using hirify.global’s design system, including tokens, typography, spacing, components, and reusable page patterns.
• Implement pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces from Figma across product pages, landing pages, pricing, jobs, contact flows, and blog content.
• Build interactive product experiences such as calculators, comparisons, guided demos, and API-driven UI.
• Own website performance and Core Web Vitals, including profiling, bundle strategy, image and font optimization, caching, and real-user metric improvements.
• Implement semantic HTML, metadata, structured content, accessible interactions, and reliable analytics for key conversion funnels.
• Partner with Marketing, Design, and Engineering on campaigns, launches, content updates, design system adoption, and backend API integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior experience building production frontends.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and TypeScript fundamentals, with advanced responsive layout and modern styling skills.
• Experience applying or building design systems with tokens, components, and usage rules.
• Experience improving frontend performance, including Core Web Vitals, profiling, bundle strategy, caching, and asset optimization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Design and collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, contracts, error handling, and non-happy-path UX.
• Availability for hybrid work based in Helsinki.

Nice to have

• Experience with Astro or similar SSG/SSR frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit, or Nuxt.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, funnel measurement, event design, cookie consent, and privacy requirements.
• Experience with micro-interactions, micro-animations, SEO tooling, MDX/Markdown, headless CMS platforms, or content pipelines.
• Accessibility experience including keyboard navigation, ARIA patterns, reduced motion, and contrast.
