Identity and Access Management Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage identity and access management activities for client projects.
• Apply access management concepts, tools, and IT security principles.
• Analyze and solve access and security-related problems.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic consulting environment.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in identity and access management.
• Familiarity with access management concepts and tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Groupe BPCE tools and processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
