Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model of up to 3 remote days per week. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Manage external collaborator access in the RPG system across folders, distribution lists, mailboxes, and applications.
• Conduct regular access-rights audits and controls to support security and compliance.
• Coordinate access management and security initiatives with TRM teams.
• Support the secure integration of new tools and applications and process security changes for business and Groupe BPCE tools.
• Implement new TRM-related IAM requirements and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop KPIs, automate reporting, and maintain an IAM knowledge base to improve operational resilience.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of access management concepts, relevant tools, IT security principles, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Portuguese are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Groupe BPCE tools and processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
